Estimates

Estimates are free and given in writing after we have inspected the work. An estimate is based on what could be seen at the time; where opening up reveals something that could not reasonably have been seen — failed render, a wet wall, unsound substrate — we will explain it and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Weather

External rendering depends on suitable weather. We will not apply finishes in frost, or where driving rain is forecast before the material has cured, and start dates may move as a result.

Every photograph on this site is of our own work. Timescales given on this site are typical ranges to help you plan, not a contractual commitment; your own written estimate is what applies to your job.
