What to tell us when you get in touch
The more you can say up front, the more useful the first conversation is. None of it is essential — if you would rather just ring and talk it through, do that.
- Roughly what needs doing, and whether it is inside or outside
- The size of the job — a single ceiling, one room, a full elevation
- The address or at least the area, so we know the access and the exposure
- What the walls are actually doing: cracking, blowing, damp, hollow
- Whether there is a deadline you are working to
- Photographs if you have them — they save a lot of guessing
What happens next
1. We talk it through
A quick conversation about what needs doing and where. If it is not our trade, we will say so on that call rather than waste your time.
2. We come and look
We come out and inspect the walls properly — tapping render for hollow areas, checking the substrate, looking at access and scaffold.
3. You get it in writing
A written estimate covering the prep, the materials, the scaffold and the clear-up. Free, no obligation, and no pressure afterwards.
We answer the phone from 7am to 8pm, seven days a week. If we are on a wall and cannot pick up, leave a message and we will ring back — we would rather call you back than answer with a trowel in one hand and get half the details wrong.
